Each DAPlay, Inc. product is designed to educate the user to speak a specific phrase in seven different languages each time the unit is jarred or struck. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the translations, no guarantee is made as to the levels of accuracy of any translation. The purchaser understands that "Smash Mouse" is for general audiences; "Bad Mouse" carries a parental advisory for adult language. ALWAYS be CAREFUL as to WHAT you say, and TO WHOM you say it! DAPlay, Inc. assumes no liability for injuries or damages resulting from the use/misuse of this product or the information gained. NO WARRANTY - Expressed or implied - is associated with this product. If you have damaged this product, it has probably saved more expensive equipment! Time to buy another one!

Ships ONLY to the 48 contiguous states of the USA. When your item is shipped, a tracking number will be issued for each shipment and forwarded to an email address that the purchaser provides via PayPal, and you may follow your package's progress through the United States Postal Service (USPS) system. Insurance is included in the shipping cost to cover damage and/or loss by the Postal Service. Once your item is shipped and your tracking number issued and forwarded, it becomes the sole responsibility of the USPS for timely and accurate delivery, and DAPlay, Inc. has no further control over the shipment. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the deliverability of the tracking number by providing an accurate email address, and that spam blockers on the purchaser's computer are not preventing the delivery of the tracking number. If your package is damaged or lost by the USPS, the purchaser is to contact the USPS directly, and give them the provided tracking number to file a claim.
